The juxtaposition of horizon and expanse of sky plays with the viewer's mind and takes something that may at first seem recognizable and abstracts it into a new entity. I love how I feel I'm on the ground until I notice the flat sky above in this. The image figuratively moves me in addition to appealing to aesthetic sense of composition and beautiful use of color.
